#BeMoreTeddyDay in Action
New Canaan Bicycles owner Lou Kozar mentored Teddy from age eleven until his death. Lou has been collecting donated used bikes and magically transforming them into good-as-new shiny and reliable. Selling them and donating the proceeds to Teddy’s fund!
Jacob Bueckman wanted to #BeMoreTeddy while working on his Mitzvah project. Jacob collected mountains of hockey gear to donate to Hockey Haven CT, a group that is dedicated to diversity, accessibility and inclusion in youth hockey. Jacob also managed to collect donations for Teddy’s fund. Thank you Jacob!
To honor our boy and to contribute to the Foundation, Josh Stocks, Teddy’s wonderful Camp Awosting counselor, cycled every day in the month of January. He clocked in 500 miles on his bike in honor of Teddy’s jersey number. His friends and family kindly sponsored him and helped to grow the fund. Thank’s Josh!
